Part-Time Service Delivery Manager – Melbourne Based
Opportunity to work with a Global organisation specialising in Cyber Security. With consistent double-digit growth across ANZ our client is adding to their successful team. Working with a major client providing Managed Security Services we are seeking a proven Service Delivery Manager to work part time with our customer.
Your responsibilities will be to manage the delivery of security services to the customer. You will work with their team, both on and offsite to understand stakeholder relationships, report monthly on achievements, SLA performance and escalation points.
We are seeking a first-class relationship builder with a second to none approach to service delivery who has a true client focused approach. Your stakeholders shall be varied across this complex account however to give you a flavour; Senior Technical & Business Leadership, both client and candidate technical security teams, 3rd party vendors. Your job is to ensure nothing prevents meeting deliverables on the account.
The client has offices in the CBD and you have home based flexibility in this role. We are keen to speak to candidates who ideally have worked in the Cyber market, either as a SDM, Account Manager or Technical Account Manager role.
