Network Security Engineer
Location: South Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Type: Full-Time 

We are currently seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in South Melbourne. This is a key Level 3 role, offering the opportunity to work across both BAU support and project delivery, acting as an escalation point within a collaborative team of six.

Occasional interstate or international travel may be required from time to time.

Technical Environment:
•    Core technologies: Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto
•    Open to candidates with experience in equivalent vendors
•    Strong focus on firewalls: implementation, troubleshooting, analysing logs, and creating rules

Candidate Requirements:
•    3–5 years of experience in a network security engineering role
•    Proven experience with firewalls and core networking concepts
•    Ability to analyse firewall logs and implement rule sets
•    Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a visa that does not require future sponsorship
•    Melbourne-based or willing to commute to the South Melbourne office as required
