Our global SaaS provider client is seeking an up and coming Account Executive to join its growing Singapore office.

About the Team-

The Singapore team forms part of the high-performing Asia-Pacific business unit, which has delivered strong growth over the past 12 months and continues to exceed expanding sales targets.

The team is focused on increasing revenue, expanding market share, and securing the number one market position in the region.


Key Responsibilities-

Reporting to the Sales Manager in Singapore, you will:

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within strategic channel accounts

  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase market share

  • Monitor and follow up on all active deals within assigned accounts

  • Facilitate introductions to new prospective clients

  • Communicate client feedback and issues internally across Product, Customer Service, and Development teams

  • Manage contract negotiations and approval processes

  • Ensure clients remain informed of new product enhancements

  • Run full sales cycles from discovery through to handover to Client Service Managers

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on development planning discussions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records including contacts, pipeline activity, and client feedback


Success Will Be Measured By-

  • Net new sales revenue

  • Market share growth

  • Pipeline expansion

  • Deal count growth

  • Meeting activity across multiple customer buying groups


About You-

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 1–5 years’ experience in software sales, business development, or M&A environments

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and expand market presence

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organised with strong planning capability

  • Naturally credible and well-regarded by clients and colleagues alike
