Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary + Double OTE (very achievable)

We are working with an established, multi-£M turnover HR technology company with a fantastic internal culture and currently hiring on the back of 35% YoY growth!
Working with a wide range of clients, you will be selling a range of market leading HR technologies, from Payroll software through to workforce management systems, consultancy services and analytical tools to help both SME and large enterprises manage their human capital effectively.
The role will be working with a mixture of new and existing customers, responding to tenders, presenting face to face and being able to softly demonstrate the technology to prospective clients.
Account management is a huge part of the role, and the ability to nurture, manage and grow relationships across multiple stakeholders is key.
We are searching for an experienced, solution sales professional across either the SaaS or consultancy services markets. Industry experience is desirable but not essential. Progression is on offer for all employees either into senior commercial positions, inter-divisional career changes or even management, as proven with a number of internal hires.
