With 2024 being a year of investment in our organisation we have great internal tools to allow our business to serve customers better, enhance experiences and get results faster.  Your role will be to support the Director and the wider team on data management, automation scripting, candidate management, sales support.

As a candidate manager, you’ll go on a steep learning curve, understanding everything IT.  You’ll be fast tracked into understanding client needs, how to understand candidate skills and how to match to opportunities.  You’ll be responsible for all communication with candidates, ensuring your input data correctly, update records, use our automation tools ensuring great service.  You’ll work predominantly alongside the Senior Contract Consultant, supporting them to provide augmented services to customers.

Adding to your busy role, you’ll act a sales support to the team, providing leads and data lists, updating the CRM, building automations, providing quotes, pricing and contracts for both clients and contractors.  This is a busy role for a hunger go getter, who is social, loves talking on the phone and being part of a team.  Opportunities for development are available, becoming our CRM champion and increasing efficiencies in our business or moving into a consulting role yourself.
