IT Enablement Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Enablement Analyst to support the successful adoption of new technologies, platforms, and AI-enabled tools for one of our Global client’s in the Sydney CBD. This role plays a critical part in change management, user acceptance testing, project governance, and responsible AI enablement, ensuring staff are confident, informed, and ready for change.

Note: This role is a Full time contract position for 1 year with a view to extend to another year.


Key Responsibilities:

Change Management & Training-

  • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Lead change management activities to drive adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.

  • Act as a key point of contact for staff queries related to new initiatives, providing guidance and support.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)-

  • Coordinate UAT activities across multiple business units.

  • Prepare UAT scripts, manage issue tracking, and collaborate with project teams to ensure go-live readiness.

  • Document test outcomes and provide clear sign-off recommendations.

Project Governance & Reporting-

  • Support project governance processes, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.

  • Prepare Technology Status Reports (TSRs) and dashboards for leadership visibility.

  • Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and governance requirements as needed.

AI Enablement & Adoption-

  • Train staff on the responsible use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, AskHR Bot).

  • Develop AI enablement playbooks, guidelines, and adoption checklists.

  • Partner with AI and governance teams to monitor adoption, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Act as a champion for responsible AI use, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.


Qualifications & Experience-

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong background in IT enablement, change management, or digital transformation.

  • Experience supporting UAT, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Full Australian work rights required.
