As we move into a new era of growth we seek a high performing Consultant or Lead to grow our contracting/augmentation desk.  This is a key role in our business, we require a strategic business development manager who can work alongside our existing to team, leveraging our existing customer base and winning new logo’s to grow our contracting desk and eventually build a bench of permanent employees to help our customers achieve excellence.

Working alongside a candidate manager you shall take the lead on markets targeted. Your candidate manager shall provide data, leads, and provide admin support, alllowing you to focus on client meetings, negotiating rates, providing SOW and understanding briefs.

Ideally, you’ll have worked for a small, niche player in the IT Consulting/Augmentation or Contract recruiting industry.  Your experience will include building a client base of your own, maintaining those customers and achieving growth across an already established client base.  Attitude and experience is key – this is a phenomenal opportunity for the right person to build a division, lead a team and work hand in hand with the business Director to build a GTM in niche fields to serve our customers.

We will consider candidates with a rich history if building and leading a team of contract consultants or an ambitious consultant who has proven success in building a desk of contractors who is keen to step into management and take on a more strategic role.
