Microsoft Security Solutions Architect – Azure

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global Microsoft partner delivering end?to?end cybersecurity solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments. As part of a growing Microsoft Security practice, they’re looking for a Microsoft Security Solutions Architect to lead security architecture, strategy, and delivery for large enterprise and government clients.

This role is ideal for a senior security architect who enjoys acting as a trusted advisor and shaping secure cloud operating models at scale.

Key focus areas include:

• Designing and implementing Microsoft security platforms across Azure and M365
• Leading solutions using Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Purview, IAM, and Zero Trust
• Architecting cloud security posture management, workload protection, and data security (DLP, encryption, classification)
• Defining security roadmaps, governance models, and operating frameworks
• Building detection playbooks, KQL queries, automation workflows, and security integrations
• Partnering with delivery teams and customers to embed security into cloud adoption programs

About you:

• Active NV1 or NV2 security clearance (mandatory)
• 10+ years’ IT experience with 5+ years in cloud security architecture
• Strong hands?on expertise across Azure Security, Microsoft 365, and the E5 Security stack
• Deep knowledge of Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office), Microsoft Sentinel, and Purview
• Solid experience with identity and access management (RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust)
• Strong understanding of Azure networking security (Hub?Spoke, NSGs, WAF, DDoS)
• Ability to translate security architecture into clear business outcomes

Nice to have:

• Exposure to AWS or GCP security architectures
• Experience securing containers and Kubernetes workloads
• Certifications such as SC?100, SC?200, CISSP, or CCSP
