Principal Oracle ERP Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Oracle ERP Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and deliver world-class solutions across a diverse Oracle ERP customer base. This is a senior solution architect role, responsible for end-to-end delivery—from requirements gathering to post go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead ERP strategy, solution architecture, and functional design across Finance and Procurement.
•    Oversee implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
•    Design functional specs for integrations and reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS).
•    Engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor consultants.

Must Have:
•    10+ years Oracle ERP experience, 3+ years in a principal/lead role.
•    Expertise in Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
•    Proven track record in large-scale ERP projects and team leadership.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Oracle certifications preferred.

Advantageous:
•    Knowledge of Procurement, PPM, SCM, HCM.
•    Experience in regulated industries and global team leadership.
