Principal Oracle SCM Consultant

A leading tech services provider seeks a Principal Oracle SCM Consultant to lead strategic ERP initiatives and deliver end-to-end Oracle solutions. This senior solution architect role involves guiding enterprise decisions, mentoring teams, and managing global delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery for Oracle SCM modules.
• Drive ERP strategy, architecture, and roadmap planning.
• Oversee implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Document specs for integrations and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Engage stakeholders and ensure governance and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years Oracle ERP experience, 3+ years in a lead/principal role.
• Proven success in large-scale ERP implementations.
• Expertise in SCM modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Costing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Oracle certifications preferred.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Project Costing, Tax, HCM.
• Experience in regulated industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Government).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Contracts, PPM, Financials Cloud.
