We’re partnering with a leading global technology and consulting organisation that helps enterprises transform their HR and people systems. An exciting opportunity is available for a Principal Oracle HCM Consultant to join a highly experienced ANZ team.

This role provides strategic guidance to clients, leads end-to-end solution delivery, and ensures Oracle HCM capabilities are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. You’ll work closely with senior HR and IT stakeholders, including C-level executives, and play a key role in driving innovation and transformation across HR technology environments.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential, as you’ll be working within a diverse, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional design activities

• Configure Oracle HCM modules in line with best practices and client requirements

• Advise HR and IT leaders on HCM strategy, process improvement, and roadmap decisions

• Oversee testing, data quality, issue resolution, and delivery standards

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder presentations

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development

• Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and identify enhancement opportunities

Required Experience & Skills-

• 10+ years’ experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including payroll and third-party integrations

• Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Principal Consultant on multiple full lifecycle implementations

• Strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

  • Absence Management

  • Time & Labour

  • Fast Formulas

• Deep understanding of HR business processes, compliance, and best practices

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client environments

• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications highly regarded
