PreSales Solutions Engineer – Google Cloud

This role is pivotal in supporting the sales process for cloud and location-based solutions, helping clients design and implement innovative platforms.

About the Role
As a PreSales Solutions Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with the sales team and clients to deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• PreSales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, design solutions, deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Post-Sales Support: Oversee technical implementation and integration of cloud and location-based services. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client success.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with emerging technologies, serving as a subject matter expert for internal teams and clients.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to align solutions with client objectives.

Experience: 

• 5+ years in PreSales or Post-Sales engineering roles, ideally within Google cloud computing or location-based services.
• Hands-on experience with Google Maps services and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Google Maps APIs, location-based services, and their integration into web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in Google Cloud services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture best practices and security principles.
