We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to identify and generate new sales opportunities for a Global Technology company. Working closely with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound activity, qualify leads, and help build a strong sales pipeline.
Prospect and engage potential customers through high-volume outbound calling and lead follow-up
Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities to initiate the sales process
Book meetings and support the sales team with ongoing prospecting activity
Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and partners to execute a strategic sales approach
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM
Complete required onboarding certifications within the first two weeks
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or equivalent)
Exposure to the technology industry is preferred
Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
Confidence handling a high volume of calls daily
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills
A collaborative mindset — and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt
