Senior Project Manager – Oracle Projects | Wellington

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with exceptional delivery and stakeholder engagement skills to lead Oracle implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects. You’ll define project goals, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud and on-prem projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability targets.
• Drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
• Support larger programs and mentor junior team members.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering billable projects and managing financials.
• Strong scope/change management and governance expertise.
• Background in Systems Integration or Service Provider environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in project management, ideally with Oracle ERP.
