Project Manager – ICT Procurement & Delivery Enablement
Melbourne | 12 month contract with a further 12 month renewal option


Are you a government experienced Project Manager who knows how to run ICT procurements properly — through governance, approvals, and scrutiny — without losing momentum?

We’re looking for a calm, detail oriented PM to support Approach to Market (ATM) and contract activities across a major data and digital program. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, digital delivery, and governance, working closely with technical, commercial, legal, and policy teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end ATM activities, from planning and market engagement through to evaluation, negotiation, and transition planning
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across vendors, platforms, and internal teams
  • Keep schedules aligned to procurement gates, governance milestones, and contract expiry dates
  • Support development of procurement artefacts (SORs, schedules, SLAs, pricing models)
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement frameworks, probity, and approval processes
  • Manage risks, dependencies, reporting, and documentation to a high standard


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience delivering ICT or digital procurement projects in government or regulated environments
  • Solid understanding of ATMs, panels vs open procurements, and contract lifecycle management
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable operating in governance-heavy, high-scrutiny settings


Experience with enterprise digital platforms, DTA panels, AusTender, contract renewals, or transition activities is highly regarded.
