Enterprise Business Development Manager – SaaS

Salary: circa £60,000 -£80,000 basic, £120,000 OTE (uncapped), Company car + Excellent Benefits – Top achievers £300K+

Location: South East UK / Berkshire / London

We are currently recruiting for an international organisation and a well established brand within the CX space, working alongside FTSE100 businesses and global enterprises on a national scale. Specialising in transformational technology solutions encompassing Customer Experience, Customer Communication Management and wider business process software, we are looking for a big hitter to join an established sales function.

We are looking for value based, solution sales professionals operating within a 6-7 figure order value range and experience in developing and nurturing opportunities from C-level downwards across multiple stakeholders within national and international clients.

You will be working alongside a well established marketing, pre-sales and lead generation function, responsible for securing strategic new logo clients as well as identifying additional revenue streams and strategic renewals within a Tier-1 account base. You will be offering clients the full stack of business process solutions. Operating in the UK market for a number of years, our client has invested significant funds into technical team headcount, new product development and marketing teams internally and now needs a senior sales professional to operate alongside an existing commercial sales function.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategic sales – multiple stakeholder management
  • C-suite negotiation and divisional director level relationship management
  • Pipeline management – 5 and 6 figure initial works followed by 7 and 8 figure renewals
  • Submission of bids/tenders – RFP/PQQ
  • Multi-divisional communication – bringing together pre-sales/bid teams etc.

This is a home-based role with offices across the UK with regular national travel to client site.

Experience in transformational solutions is essential and the ability to create a ‘need’ before a business may recognise it is essential across the following areas: CX, CRM, ERP, SaaS and Digital Transformation.

Country Manager – SaaS – Australia

We are working alongside one of the fastest growing vendors in the AI space globally and together we are looking for a senior executive to lead their expansion into APAC.

The business is a software vendor who experienced over 500% growth in the last 12 months. Their solution includes a customisable product that is targeted specifically at in-house legal and general counsels with large enterprise scale operations – offering a range of solutions and service in the legal technology space the give end to end management around governance, compliance and operations.

They have one of the best R&D teams internally and with the senior leadership team all coming from strong legal backgrounds it’s easy to see their proposition. Coupled with a smart BI and Analytics function and utilising cognitive technology, it is an AI Powered solution like no other in the market to date offering out of the box functionalities.

There not just a start-up as they have global operations and are backed heavily from a finance and resource perspective, making this one of the hottest brands to get involved in and as they take over the world.

The product is typically an off the shelf service offering both on premise and cloud solutions with customers typically being organisations that turn over $2bil+ so we are ideally looking for a true Enterprise leader, someone who has experience in working with similar solutions in a start-up environment. This role will be the first of its kind here in Australia so other core responsibilities include:

Sydney Software Sales Consultant $90,000+

Logical are working exclusively with an applicant tracking/recruitment software vendor in Sydney. Together we are searching for their next super star in their business development team!

This business has one of the most advanced platforms in the market and is used by both recruiters and corporate establishments in tracking and monitoring applications throughout the full candidate life cycle and more. It integrates seamlessly with the likes of LinkedIn, Seek and has been established for over 10 years. There’s a new management team with big ambitions for the offering and are looking for a like minded individual to represent the brand and take it to market. Some of these ambitions include new software releases and products so your portfolio is always expanding.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling SaaS or HCM/HR software solutions. Their sweet spot is within organisations that have up to 500 users with their offering being available across multiple year contracts on a license/subscription model.

As this is a new business led role where you will typically be targeting SME’s and recruiters so we are looking to speak with those who have experience in this field. Experience in recruitment or HR is preferable but not essential so still come speak to us about this opportunity!
