We’re looking for a driven, energetic Account Executive to accelerate growth within one of our clients investments team. You’ll cultivate relationships across leading investment firms, manage a portfolio of existing clients and prospects, and spearhead new business opportunities. 

What You’ll Do-

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Investor Relations, Fundraising, Marketing, Finance, Investment teams, and senior executives.

  • Build and manage targeted prospecting campaigns to uncover new opportunities.

  • Engage decision-makers across Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit firms.

  • Research and analyse target accounts to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.

  • Lead discovery discussions to understand client needs and match them with tailored solutions.

  • Deliver consultative presentations and work collaboratively with internal teams throughout the sales cycle.

  • Partner with senior leadership and legal teams to negotiate contract terms.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales activity and quota targets.

What You Bring-

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with mid to large enterprise clients, ideally in technology or financial software.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese, including the ability to present to senior audiences.

  • Proven account management, organisation, and multitasking skills.

Bonus Points

  • Consistently exceeded annual quota for 2–3 consecutive years.

  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced transactional sales.

  • Korean language fluency (written and verbal).

  • Background in SaaS or secure workflow solutions.

  • Ability to close complex sales cycles involving C-level or SVP-level decision-makers.

  • Comfort working with technical teams to resolve delivery challenges.

  • Effective both independently (including home-office setups) and in team environments.

  • Proficiency with standard business applications
