Are you a tech-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering excellence and customer success?

We’re looking for Digital Delivery Manager with a background in engineering, who can lead a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team while being the face of delivery to our clients. This is not your typical back-office role — you’ll be front and center, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication to both internal stakeholders and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Manage a hybrid team of 14 engineers across Australia and India, supported by 3 technical leads.
• Own the full people lifecycle — hiring, performance reviews, development plans, and team structure.
• Drive Delivery across Cloud, Development, and Data projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Be Customer-Facing — provide regular delivery updates, manage scope changes, and handle pricing discussions.
• Oversee Financials — track project budgets, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Bridge the Gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating delivery progress into actionable insights.

What You Bring

• A technical background (e.g., software engineering, cloud, data) — you’ve been hands-on, even if you’re not coding now.
• Experience with Float, Jira, Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership with distributed teams.
• Strong project delivery and customer engagement skills.
• Confidence in managing budgets, scope, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication — both face-to-face and online.
