AI Consultant – Microsoft & Infrastructure Focus

Are you a Microsoft?skilled infrastructure engineer who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a career in AI?
We’re looking for an AI Consultant to join our growing team. This is a varied, “all?rounder” role that blends pre?sales, technical consulting, solution demos and hands?on delivery, working closely with customers to help them understand and adopt modern AI solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business needs into practical AI and Microsoft?based solutions
Support pre?sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design and customer demos
Deliver workshops, proofs of concept and early?stage implementations
Get involved in hands?on delivery, working alongside engineering teams to bring solutions to life
Stay curious and up to date with the rapidly evolving AI and Microsoft ecosystem
About You
We’re open to candidates coming from an infrastructure background who are ready to step into a broader consulting role. You may not be an AI expert yet — what matters most is strong Microsoft foundations, great communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for AI.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Engineer or Consultant
Strong skills across the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, security, infrastructure)
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
An interest in AI, Copilot and modern data/AI services, with a desire to deepen your expertise
A flexible mindset and enjoyment of varied work rather than a narrow specialist role
