A construction management business needs someone who can take data from three busy source systems including Primavera, RIB CX and Microsoft Synapse. and design a dashboard that actually makes sense of it all.

The engineering is done. What they need now is someone who can think about how data should be shaped, structured and presented so the people running projects can see exactly what’s going on at a glance.

What the job is:

• Designing the data model behind a project tracking dashboard
• Working across Primavera, RIB CX and Synapse as source systems
• Building in Microsoft Fabric
• Turning messy project data into clean, readable reporting across budget, progress, delivery status

What you need:

• Strong data modelling fundamentals
• Real experience with Microsoft Fabric
• A good eye for how dashboards should look and feel, not just how they’re built
• Any exposure to construction or project-based environments is a genuine plus

This isn’t a heads-down engineering role. It’s a design problem and it needs someone who enjoys that kind of thinking.
