We’re looking for a customer-facing Enterprise Solutions Architect with strong expertise across networking, storage, compute, virtualisation, security, and data centre infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to help build the Australian practice while working with some of the country’s largest enterprise organisations across FSI, Insurance and Retail.
This is a consultative, customer-facing architecture role where you’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to uncover opportunities and solve complex infrastructure challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working with enterprise customers to design and architect infrastructure solutions.
Leading technical discovery workshops and infrastructure assessments.
Developing solutions across networking, compute, storage, virtualisation, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and data centre technologies.
Building trusted relationships with customer technology leaders and infrastructure teams.
Collaborating with leading infrastructure vendors to design best-fit solutions.
Supporting strategic customer opportunities from qualification through to solution presentation and closure.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
Strong enterprise customer experience within one or more of the target industry verticals.
Broad expertise across:
Enterprise Networking
Compute Platforms
Storage Solutions
Virtualisation
Data Centre Infrastructure
Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Infrastructure Security
Proven experience designing end-to-end infrastructure solutions in complex enterprise environments.
