About the Role:

As Presales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional technical and solution support throughout the sales cycle.

Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure technology offerings are aligned to the strategic priorities of customers in both the government and commercial sectors.

You’ll report to the VP of APJ with a direct line into a Global Presales Lead ensuring Global synergy to your region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire and grow a team of presales engineers across the region
• Engage directly with key clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and influence decision-makers.
• Support complex bids and proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop winning strategies tailored to the ASEAN and Greater China markets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to continuously enhance our value proposition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a presales or solution consulting leadership role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, preferably cybersecurity, or data infrastructure.
• Experience working with both government and commercial clients in ASEAN/Greater China.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Singapore with willingness to travel regionally.
• A drive to create something great!
