IT Project Manager – Power BI Migration | Oil & Gas | Part Time (3 days a week) | Melbourne or Sydney

A major enterprise client in the oil and gas sector needs an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the migration of existing reporting into Power BI.

It’s a focused, time-bound piece of work — three months, three days a week, with a clear scope and a defined outcome. You’ll be working inside a large enterprise environment, coordinating across technical and business stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

The role:

• Managing delivery of a reporting migration to Power BI
• Stakeholder coordination across a complex enterprise environment
• Scope, schedule and risk management throughout
• Working closely with data and engineering teams

What you need:

• Solid IT project management experience in enterprise settings
• Enough understanding of Power BI to have credible conversations with the technical team
• A background in data engineering or analytics is preferred
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding

Details:

• 3 days per week
• 1 day per week in office
• Melbourne or Sydney
• 3 month contract, extension possible
• Start date mid April 2026
