We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst (5+ years) to join a dynamic project team, supporting an established delivery function on a major IAM initiative. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape, refine, and drive identity and access solutions across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
•    Partnering with the project team to deliver key IAM outcomes
•    Leading workshops and stakeholder engagements across technical and business teams
•    Driving role engineering activities and access model design
•    Analysing and documenting requirements with clarity and precision
•    Supporting implementation across SSO, directory services, and access management platforms
•    Maintaining high-quality documentation in JIRA and Confluence

What You Bring
•    5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
•    Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
•    Experience with One Identity (highly regarded)
•    Excellent understanding of:
•    Role engineering
•    Generic/shared accounts
•    SSO technologies (Entra), Active Directory (AD), ISAM
•    Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
•    Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
•    Strong documentation capability with attention to detail
