Managed Services Team Lead – Network Security & Core Networking
Location: South Melbourne

Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for delivering exceptional managed services? We’re looking for a Managed Services Team Lead to oversee a high-performing team of support engineers and drive excellence in network security and core networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 network engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring SLAs and client expectations are met.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Network Security and Core Networking principles.
• Proven experience with:
• Palo Alto Networks (firewalls, security policies)
• Cisco (routing, switching, security solutions)
• Aruba (wireless networking and access solutions)

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking and security challenges.
Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or Aruba Certified are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
