Logical are currently working with a Global IT Consultancy company who are hiring for a Platform Architect on an initial 1 year contract in Melbourne or Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering transformational work across the process automation space.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology trends, platforms, and methodologies and the ability to think strategically to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities-
– Develop high-level and detailed technical design specifications that are aligned with the overall solution architecture.
– Lead the implementation of solutions, including the coordination of development and deployment activities, and management of vendors.
– Ensure that solutions are aligned with the organisation’s technology road map and architecture principles.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Essential Skills:
– 6-8 years experience as a Solution Architect
– Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related.
– Demonstrable E2E solution delivery
– Financial services experience, preferably transaction banking
– Experienced on modern architectural patterns like REST API, micro services and knowledge of how to apply
– Demonstrated ability to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
– Strong technical skills with an understanding of different technologies, architecture patters and design principles.
– Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud technologies.
– Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and processes
– Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
