Digital Workplace Sales Specialist

Our global client is seeking a high-performing Digital Workplace & Collaboration Sales Specialist to lead the growth of our end-user computing and collaboration services. This role is responsible for selling professional services across modern workplace platforms—such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow—to Top 100 corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic sales of digital workplace and collaboration services across a defined portfolio of top 100 corporate accounts.
Promote and sell professional services related to digital workplace transformation, including consulting, implementation, migration, user adoption, and managed services.
Lead conversations with CIOs, Heads of IT, and Digital Workplace leaders around modernising end-user experience, hybrid work enablement, and collaboration tool strategies.
Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and customer success teams to shape tailored offerings and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors such as Microsoft, Zoom, Google, and ServiceNow to co-sell and stay aligned with evolving product capabilities.
Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and contribute to forecasting and account planning activities.
Stay informed of emerging trends in hybrid work, employee experience platforms, digital dexterity, and workplace analytics.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on digital workplace, collaboration, or end-user computing solutions.
Deep understanding of platforms such as Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint), Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or ServiceNow.
Experience selling professional services including assessments, deployments, change management, and user training.
Strong ability to articulate business value and influence C-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Experience working in or with global consultancies or large systems integrators is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
