Logical is seeking a Datacentre Sales Specialist to drive growth across on-premises infrastructure offerings for a large consultancy. This strategic role focuses on selling professional services related to enterprise-grade data centre environments—including compute, storage, backup, and converged infrastructure—to Top 100 corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and vendor ecosystems such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, and VMware. You will work collaboratively with technical teams, partners, and customer executives to craft tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the sales strategy for on-premise datacentre infrastructure services into assigned top-tier enterprise accounts.
  • Promote and sell professional services including assessments, design, implementation, and optimisation of on-prem IT environments.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and technology decision-makers to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business.
  • Partner with pre-sales architects and delivery teams to create solution proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Leverage relationships with key vendors to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and competitive differentiation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay current with trends in hybrid IT, private cloud, edge computing, and datacentre modernisation.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT infrastructure or datacentre services space, ideally within large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of on-premise infrastructure technologies including servers, storage, backup, virtualisation, and converged/hyperconverged platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and influence cross-functional buying groups.
  • Experience working in or with global consultancies or large systems integrators is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-value enterprise engagements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of key vendor offerings such as Dell EMC, HPE, Cisco UCS, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, etc.
