Due to overwhelming demand a new position has been created for an experienced Technical Service Delivery Lead to join the team!

Our client has been a player in the CCaaS space for over 30 years, they are a focused, bespoke, technically gifted team who have carved a niche in business transformation, CCaaS, CX and EX.  They partner with the best vendors in this space, AWS Connect, Zendesk, SF to name a few.

We need someone who enjoys being part of a smaller team, you should enjoy getting involved, hands dirty, coming up with solutions and bringing maturity to a growing business.

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Service Delivery Lead, who can also be a delivery consultant to clients, with as many years of CCaaS, CX and EX experience as you can get.  Ideally, you’ll have experience with Zendesk solutions over your time and have a general understanding of all CCaaS solutions as well as CX and EX.
