The Role

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for a variety of roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (IT sector preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
