A global leader in secure cloud-based collaboration and fund solutions is seeking a high-performing Sales Team Lead to drive growth across South East Asia.
This is a strategic, field-based leadership role for an experienced enterprise salesperson ready to step into team leadership while continuing to own and close complex deals.
You will work closely with the region’s leading private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, real estate, and infrastructure funds — helping them manage capital raising, investor reporting, and M&A activity through best-in-class cloud solutions.
This role combines new business acquisition, strategic account management, and hands-on team leadership — with a clear pathway toward a future Sales Manager position.
The South East Asia team partners with leading investment funds across the region, delivering fund lifecycle and transaction management solutions that support capital raising, reporting, and deal execution.
The team operates in a high-growth environment with strong global collaboration across product, marketing, and leadership teams.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure funds
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share
Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client objectives and workflows
Manage full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close
Present complex SaaS solutions using consultative and team-based selling approaches
Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline through CRM
Research target accounts and assess new business opportunities
Develop and execute campaigns including prospecting, events, webinars, and industry engagement
Identify media, press release, and case study opportunities
Partner with global product teams for launches and segment-specific initiatives
Lead and supervise 3–5 sales professionals within the Alternative Investments segment
Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance
Drive performance against revenue and activity targets
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Play an active role in developing future sales leadership capability
Monitoring and advancing active deals
Facilitating introductions to new stakeholders within client accounts
Managing contracts and approvals
Coordinating internally with Product, Customer Service, Marketing, and global sales teams
Ensuring clients are informed of new product functionality and enhancements
Supporting user education and client adoption where required
Net new revenue
Deal volume and closure rates
Market share growth within the Alternative Investments segment
Pipeline development and forecasting accuracy
Engagement across multiple buying groups (Investor Relations, Investment Teams, IT, C-Suite)
Team performance and development outcomes
8–10+ years in enterprise or wholesale client-facing sales
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong strategic selling and account planning capability
Solid understanding of fund workflows (capital raising, reporting, investment lifecycle, exits)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluent in English and at least one Asian language
Ambitious, commercially driven, and motivated to step into broader sales leadership
