We currently have a role for one of our Global Consultancy clients who are hiring for a SAP EWM/MRS Consultant. This role can be based anywhere across Australia, ideally Melbourne or Canberra and you will hold an NV1 Security Clearance. The role can be permanent or a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities/Skills-
5 years’ experience with SAP Supply Chain (MM/EWM/MRP)
Hands on experience on configure and implement S/4HANA MM solutions in the ensuring efficient support for inventory management, Plant Maintenance and supply chain processes.
Understanding and knowledge of various MM concepts i.e. Material Master Views, Material Master Types, Material Master Governance via MDG, Supersession and Interchangeability, Bill of Materials.
Understanding and knowledge of MM Master Data i.e. Material Master MRP Area, AMPLs, MPN Parts, Serial Master, Batch Master etc.
Hands on experience of S/4HANA MRP function at MRP Area level and MRP related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Understanding and knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecast Planning and defining planning scope
Understanding of Classic MRP and MRP Live
Hands on experience on various S/4HANA MRP functionality i.e. Re-order Point Planning, Forecast/Consumption based planning, Lot Size Calculation, Min/Max Lot size, Replenishment functions i.e. max Stock Level, Rounding profiles functions etc.
Hands On experience of S/4HANA Fiori Apps – Monitor Material Coverage, handover Requisitions, and Stock Requirement Lists
Experience of S/4HANA MRP Integration with downstream planning systems i.e. SAP APO/IBP or similar planning systems etc.
Experience on writing Business Process documents and Functional Design Documents
Knowledge of Stock replenishment with Organization via Stock Transport Orders, Shipping Points, Shipping Condition, Delivery priority, Routes etc.
Hands on Experience on S/4HANA Logistics Inbound and Outbound process i.e. Outbound Deliveries, Picking, Packing and Dispatching, Inbound Delivery, Put away Process for IM Managed and EWM Managed Warehouse.
Understanding and knowledge of S/4HANA Subcontracting process and various Stock categories i.e. Project Stock, Subcontracting stock and Consignment stock etc.
Hands on Experience on Handling Unit Management
Hands On Experience on S/4HANA Stock taking process, Cycle Count Indicator, Stock Count, Stock Counting Approvals and postings etc.
Hands on experience on S/4HANA Quality Management Process i.e. Quality Inspection at Goods Receipt, Recurring Inspection, Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots and Usage Decisions.
Provide post-implementation support, resolve functional and technical issues, and implement enhancements to meet changing business requirements in S/4HANA MRP and Logistics functional area.
