We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant to join one of Global Consultancy client’s team. This is a senior-level role providing high-impact support across complex environments, with the chance to work on cutting-edge SAP solutions for high-profile clients.
Note: The role can be a 6 month contract or permanent.
Locations considered: Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide
This role will suit someone who thrives on problem-solving, is passionate about emerging SAP technologies, and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
Providing senior-level support for custom applications and solutions built on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the full SAP BTP stack, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
Acting as a technical advisor and mentor, sharing expertise with junior consultants and guiding them through best practices.
Partnering with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, architects, and business stakeholders) to deliver robust, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements, optimising system performance, and driving adoption of SAP’s latest innovations.
ABAP programming expertise (mandatory) along with strong hands-on experience in:
SAP BTP
Fiori/UI5
SAP Portal
Core Data Services (CDS) Views / HANA Modelling
8+ years of experience working as a Technical Consultant in SAP environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability with sound judgment under pressure.
Experience with issue/incident management processes in complex SAP landscapes.
Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
