Our Federal Government client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver complex ICT infrastructure projects across data centre, cloud, network, compute and security environments. The role sits within a structured delivery function and requires strong coordination across technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure projects using a PRINCE2-aligned framework.
• Oversee scope, schedules, documentation, risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Coordinate design, build, testing, transition to operations, implementation and post-implementation review.
• Lead internal teams and external delivery partners in a matrix environment.
• Act as the primary contact for technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of hardware, software and services.
• Maintain financial tracking and reporting using enterprise project tools.
• Support knowledge transfer and consistent delivery practices.
• Apply Agile, ITIL and ADKAR methods in day-to-day work.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background delivering infrastructure-focused ICT projects.
• Certification in a recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE2, PMP or MSP.
• Experience with data centre, cloud, network and security technologies.
• Ability to manage large teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Eligibility to obtain Baseline security clearance.

Desirable Experience

• Data centre relocations or site migrations.
• Cloud migration or uplift programs.
• Network or security uplift projects.
• Experience working in federal government environments.
• Experience with Office365, SharePoint, Teams and collaboration tools.
