Microsoft Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Engineer

My favourite client is looking to bring on a Microsoft IDAM Engineer as part of their growing security and identity team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing and building Microsoft identity solutions, working closely with customers, and seeing projects through from early conversations to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and implementing Microsoft Identity & Access Management solutions across cloud and hybrid environments

• Working with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and hybrid identity

• Using Microsoft Sentinel to bring identity signals into security monitoring and detection

• Building and tuning Sentinel analytics, alerts, and workbooks with a focus on identity-driven use cases

• Running workshops, gathering requirements, and working side-by-side with customers to deliver outcomes

• Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement

What we’re looking for

• Solid, hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft IDAM solutions

• Practical experience with Microsoft Sentinel, particularly around identity and access events

• Someone who’s comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical concepts clearly

• A consulting or professional services background is ideal, but not essential
