Presales Specialist – Microsoft Security

Join a well-established Microsoft Solutions Partner and leading managed services provider with a strong presence across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a customer-focused Senior Presales Specialist to help drive Microsoft Security solution sales and customer engagement.

This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll work with customers to understand their security challenges, lead workshops, deliver solution presentations and help shape outcomes across the Microsoft Security ecosystem, including Defender, Purview, Entra ID and Sentinel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops and security strategy sessions.
• Design and present Microsoft Security solutions aligned to business needs.
• Deliver customer demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Support proposals, solution scoping and presales activities.
• Partner with sales teams to drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting or Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies including Defender, Purview, Entra ID and Sentinel.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and customer engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as Essential Eight, ISO 27001 and APRA CPS 234.
