Senior Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with strong experience across Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, Azure cloud, and automation. You’ll provide Level 3 support, lead infrastructure projects, and help modernise a complex hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and technical leadership.
• Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Design, deploy, and optimise Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Drive automation using PowerShell and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Implement security, IAM, SSO, and privileged access controls.
• Support patching, vulnerability management, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in Infrastructure, Systems, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong Microsoft on-prem experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and VMware.
• Hands-on Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud expertise.
• PowerShell automation and exposure to Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, IAM, and modern cloud governance.
