Responsibilities
Maintain, support and enhance the ServiceNow platform
Develop and configure workflows, forms, catalog items and business rules
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Assist with upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements
About You
2-3 years’ experience with ServiceNow development or administration
Strong understanding of ServiceNow and JavaScript scripting
Exposure to ITSM modules
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Eager to learn, develop and grow your ServiceNow capability
